Take a look at the questions below - if you answer is questionable to any, you may need to realign your management techniques to get back on track. Most of the issues highlighted below are fundamental to a business running smoothly and efficiently.

Are you and your management keeping appropriate parties informed?
Are you reporting back to your staff in a timely manner?

Are you being chased by your staff for anwsers to questions or reports on client visitis?

Do you give straight well contructed answers to your employees questions or are you being deliberately conveluted with your answers?
Are you and management team puctual?
Do you attend for work on time?

Are you maintaining acceptable time managment on your breaks?

Do you spend a lot of time chatting with others about non-work issues?

Do you regularly disappear to unscheduled meetings?

Are you working excessively late?

Are you deliberately avoiding answering questions you should answer?
Are your communications timely?
Do you let telephones ring for long periods or fail to answer the phone?

Can you look your staff straight in the eye when you pass them in the corridoor?

Are you dressing appropriately for work?

Are you conducting yourself appropriately and setting a good example?
Do you share critical information?
Do you fail to share critical information with your Management and other releavant staff in a timely manner?

Do you consume any substances because of pressure of work?
Do you consume excessive Alcohol due to pressure of work?

Do you take any form of substance or ilegal drug to attempt to alleviate pressure of work?

Would you perform an illegal act?
Would you perform an illegal act to cover up a mistake or issue caused by you in your business?

Would you perform an illegal act to cover up a mistake or issue caused by another person in your business?

Would you be prepared to break any law or commit any illegal act to protect your business?

Would you be prepared to allow a memebr of your business to break any law or commit any illegal act to protect your business?
If your answer to any of these questions is not what you would hope, this indicates there is an issue that needs attending to with urgency. Depending on how many the answer is questionable, indicates the severity of any underlying issue. You should as a minimum consult with your team(s) to start to find a remedy.

In any event it is time to consider looking at how your business is managed.
